My accountant said: that's a legal question, ask a lawyer. The lawyer said: that depends on the numbers, ask your accountant. The deadline passed while they pointed at each other.
Ongoing advisory — without putting your accountant in a role they cannot fill.
A senior partner on a monthly plan for finance, tax, legal risk, and partner questions — every day, one contact, one invoice. Advisory complements your bookkeeping; it does not replace it.
Thirty minutes, no charge · tier selection happens on the call, not before
“When a business gets complex, the gap is rarely accounting. It's the question no single specialist owns.”
Sound familiar?
We lost our VAT number over a question nobody owned — the accountant filed correctly, the lawyer drafted correctly, and no one looked at the whole.
Three decisions have been waiting for a quarter: a partner buyout, a holding structure, a key hire. Each needs a different specialist — so none of them moves.
What a month on the plan absorbs.
A bank letter you are not sure how to answer
Forward it. You get the reply strategy, the draft, and a record of what was said.
Salary or dividends this quarter
The numbers are read together, the trade-offs named, the decision documented.
A contract that is almost right
Sulev flags the two clauses that matter and routes the rest to a partner lawyer only if needed.
A partner meeting you dread
Agenda, leverage, and wording — prepared before, debriefed after.
Three depths — one model.
Fixed monthly fee · three-month starting term, then month to month · cancel with one month's notice · partner-network access in every tier. A 30-day Intensive pilot is available — one month, no annual commitment.

Not sure between tiers? That is what the discovery call is for — most owners start at Basic and move when the cadence feels tight.
Advisory complements bookkeeping — it does not replace your accountant for filings, and Sulev does not take a board seat. When lawyers are needed, they join as named partners, not as hidden line items.

Sulev Pikker
Founding PartnerIn business since 1991 — entrepreneur, trainer, and mentor. The monthly plan exists because the most expensive questions are the ones that wait — and every Advisory relationship runs through Sulev personally.
Before you book — the practical questions.
CommitmentWhat exactly is the commitment?
Three months to start — long enough to do real work together, short enough to feel safe. After that it continues month to month and you can stop with one month's notice. No annual lock-in and no early-exit fee theatre: if the relationship is not earning its keep, you leave.
HoursDo unused hours roll over?
Advisory isn't sold by the hour. The tier defines cadence and response time, not a bucket of minutes — a quiet month costs the same as a loud one, and a loud month doesn't generate a surprise invoice.
LanguageWhich languages do check-ins run in?
English, Estonian, or Russian — check-ins and written summaries in whichever you choose.
SpecialistsWhat happens when a question needs deep specialist work?
Sulev scopes it, brings the right specialist from the partner network, and coordinates the work. You approve the specialist's quote before anything starts; coordination is included in Plus and Intensive.
BookkeepingDoes this replace my accountant?
No. Your accountant keeps doing the filings. Advisory sits above that: the decisions, the structure, the questions that cross domains.
DirectorHow does Advisory relate to the Director service?
Director is an operational role with statutory responsibility; Advisory is counsel. Some companies need both — they are scoped separately and never bundled silently.
