1. Who we are (Imprint)

The website businesshub.ee and the services offered on it are operated under the brand Business Hub by:

Invoices and contracts are issued by WDW Europe Trade OÜ; client-facing materials use the Business Hub brand.

2. Nature of the services

Business Hub provides business advisory services: diagnostics, retainers, and related engagements. We are not a law firm, an accounting firm, or an audit firm; our work does not constitute legal advice, statutory accounting, or audit services, and no attorney–client privilege arises. Where legal representation is required, independent partner attorneys are engaged with your consent and invoiced by them directly.

3. Engagements and scope

  • Every paid engagement begins with a written scope that defines deliverables, timeline, and price.
  • Fixed-price engagements have no hourly metering; work beyond the scope is quoted separately in writing before it starts.
  • Diagnostic products (Company Rescue, Partner Conflict Review) are prepaid. Retainers (Advisory) run on the commitment terms stated on the relevant product page and in the engagement letter.

4. Booking, rescheduling, cancellation

  • Sessions may be rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the start time.
  • A missed session without notice (“no-show”) counts as delivered for prepaid products; one goodwill rebooking may be offered at our discretion.
  • Free discovery calls may be cancelled or rescheduled at any time.

5. Prices and payment

  • All prices are stated in euro and exclude VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Payment is by card (Stripe) or SEPA invoice. Invoice bookings hold the slot for 48 hours pending payment.
  • For late payment of invoices we may charge statutory default interest under Estonian law.

6. Refunds

  • If, on reviewing your intake before a prepaid session, we conclude the engagement is not a fit, we say so and refund in full.
  • Once a session has been held or a written deliverable issued, the fee for that work is earned and non-refundable.
  • Statutory consumer rights, where applicable, remain unaffected.

7. Confidentiality

All engagements are confidential by default. A mutual NDA is available on request. Confidentiality survives the end of the engagement and is subject only to disclosures required by law (including anti-money- laundering legislation).

8. No guarantee of outcomes

Our advice reflects professional judgment based on the information you provide and the rules in force at the time. We do not guarantee any particular outcome from banks, the tax authority, registries, courts, or counterparties. Decisions — and their execution — remain yours.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees you paid for that engagement, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (including lost profit). Nothing in these terms limits liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited under Estonian law.

10. Intellectual property

Written deliverables are licensed to you for your internal business use upon full payment. Our methods, templates, and know-how remain ours.

11. Website content

Content on businesshub.ee — including the Smart Assistant — is general information, not advice for your specific situation, and creates no engagement. An engagement exists only once a written scope is agreed.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Estonian law. Disputes are resolved by Harju County Court, Tallinn, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules provide otherwise. We prefer — and will always attempt first — a written, good-faith resolution.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the version in force when your engagement was agreed applies to that engagement. Material changes are posted on businesshub.ee with an updated effective date.
